Cabin Fever

February is in full swing, and cabin fever is at an all-time high. Snow is one thing...but those bitter, unbearable temps are another. Thankfully, we have our love to keep us warm. And video games. And post-Christmas lights. And monster trucks. And movies. And friends for an overnight. And dogs. And bowling...You get the idea. We're ready to break out!!! This quick thaw these last couple of days has us jonesing for Spring even more-so!

Sometimes, after a long day in the toddler class, you just need to curl up with a binky and a blanket.

Sometimes, after a long day in Kindergarten, you need to set up targets and use that cool, new bow and arrow.

Emerson and I found an afternoon to go see Frozen. We won't be doing a 3D movie again in the near future. Emerson got a little queasy with motion sickness.

GG came for a visit. And we finally captured these two with their "GG faces."

Scarlet did not like Berlynn playing big sis to her, and guiding her and Norah in the use of the toys.

Scarlet has to be right up in there. Shortly after this photo, there was surely a swat. I think you can see it rearing up on Emerson's face.

We fought colds and illness. This is sick-hair.

And some weekends include a family grocery outing! I don't know who the driver and who the passenger are. But I know this...with one of these two behind the wheel, this car is going fast.
